Fix-a-Potty Refund & Return Policy
Correct Product: Please double-check our guidance on the website before purchasing to ensure you select the right bracket. If a mistake is made, you can return the item, but you’ll need to cover both return shipping and the original shipping costs.
Returns: If you need to return a product, please contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your order. Only unused products in their original packaging are eligible for return. Note: You are responsible for return shipping costs, as well as the original shipping costs.
Returns will only be accepted with prior approval from Fix-a-Potty. Products must be in their original, undamaged, unopened, and unused condition to be considered for return. Special orders are non-returnable. The customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the products.
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@fixapotty.co.nz. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
